Gilbert Industrial Court is thoughtfully developed to support our operations while also accommodating additional businesses and future growth.
Gilbert Development History
Founded in 1967 by Steve Gilbert, Gilbert Development became a Nevada corporation headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a long-standing track record of delivering projects of all sizes across the Western United States. Gilbert Development provides comprehensive, turn-key construction services, managing and coordinating projects from initial planning through final completion.
Our core capabilities include large-scale earthwork, rock excavation, blasting, crushing, and infrastructure development for water, sewer, storm drainage, and flood detention systems. Projects are completed with high-quality site improvements such as trail systems, parks, concrete work, and paving.
Gilbert Development’s experience spans a wide range of project types, including design-build and fully engineered developments. Completed projects include airports, roadways, commercial and industrial facilities, residential developments, hospitals, correctional facilities, subdivisions, dams, and mining operations. Our mining expertise includes gold, iron ore, and aggregate operations, encompassing blasting, crushing, trucking, and overburden removal.
This mining experience has driven innovation beyond the jobsite, leading to the design and manufacturing of conveyor systems, crushing equipment, and processing solutions used in our own operations and sold worldwide through Crusher Rental & Sales.
Gilbert Development has partnered with numerous private clients and public agencies, including Caltrans, NDOT, UDOT, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and municipal entities across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. We maintain close working relationships with OSHA and MSHA and have earned multiple safety awards throughout our history.
With an average project value exceeding $5 million, Gilbert Development takes pride in maintaining a spotless performance record—completing projects on or ahead of schedule, with no reported claims and no liquidated damages. Our success is built on disciplined project planning, proactive communication, and close collaboration with owners, engineers, and project managers at every stage of construction.
